Master-class

On March 2, 2016 Food Technologies Trade House conducted a master class “Preparation of a-la-carte dishes using Rational combi steamer”. During this course, our company brand-chef Petr Lekanov, explained the use of Rational equipment in the modern restaurant kitchen and demonstrated its capabilities in preparing various dishes. The master class attendants expressed great interest in the topic and a lively discussion among them continued for a long time after the end of the main part of the event.
