The front and upper parts of the pan are made of stainless steel AISI 430, the other parts and the frame are made form steel painted with grey resistant paint. The bowl is made of cast iron. The frying surface automatically maintains the set temperature from 200 to 2750C. The oven is equipped with the overheat control from overheating over 300oC. It is Provided with the bowl lifting and lowering mechanism by a rotating handle. The pan is equipped with adjustable feet. The product is supplied assembled on a pallet. Packing is corrugated board and wooden frame.
